Sunpiazza Aquarium

Sunpiazza is a mall linked to both JR Shin Sapporo station and subway Shin sapporo. Located just outside of Sunpiazza, there are aquarium, science centre and theatre. This is a good place to visit during rainy or heavy snow days.

On top of these facilities, there is a huge 2 storeys size indoor playdoor that you will pass by while going to the aquarium. I will introduce more of this playground in future post.

Sunpiazza Aquarium is a small yet many interesting show case. They have special sessions to touch the small creatures like crabs. Our well known foot spa fishes are open to touch with fingers along the way too.

Do take note that there is a package with the science centre that is situated next to the aquarium.
It was closed suddenly for emergency inspection when we were there.

Direction, Subway Tozai Shinsapporo station, turn left. exit 3, walk to the end where you see KFC, It is situated after the glass doors, external of the mall.
From JR, Shin Sapporo, turn right towards Aeon, you will see the direction to Sunpiaza.
